Planets Collide is a new entry in daily web comic strips.
Born in October, 2000, this strip explores the vast black hole
between what men think (Men are definitely from Mars)
and what women think (Women are from Venus,
if it works to their advantage).
Yes, it deals in stereotypes. The creators *live* those stereotypes,
and are willing to bet you know someone who does, too. ;)
(True, at times the roles are reversed, but doesn't that add to the mystique?)

Planets Collide was brainstormed into fruition by creative team,
illustrator-wife Ruth McNally Barshaw and writer-husband, Charlie Barshaw,
in a cemetery (a very fertile place, one might say).

Final editorial responsibility lies with Ruth, because she thought up most of the ideas,
she wields the final pen, and she knows how to make websites. ;)
Complaints will be collected and reviewed by Charlie,
if he ever figures out how to open email.
Suggestions taken, gladly.

Planets Collide made its web debut on November 28, 2000.
Future wishes, besides of course world peace,
include national newspaper syndication sometime soon.
